1. Agreement to Terms

Client-Side Processing: All calculations are performed locally in your web browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit your calculation data to our servers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without notice or liability.

3. User Eligibility and Account

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Calculator Hub, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@calculatorexperthub.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 60 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Calculator Hub regarding the Services.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
